Financial Infrastructure
A 24-month model you can defend, runway you can trust, and board reporting that lands.
I embed as CFO and operator. I build the model, the cap table, and the data room, then run the raise alongside you.
A 24-month model you can defend, runway you can trust, and board reporting that lands.
Cap table architecture, data room, investor narrative, and the raise itself.
Hiring sequenced to milestones, weekly numbers, and an operating cadence that holds.
Pre-launch, with two global platforms in build: mQ Films and mQ TV.
Rewrote the business plan and investor materials. Built the model, the capital strategy, and the sales system. Co-leading the raise.
Built the financial infrastructure, cap table, and data room. Leading investor strategy through the active raise.
Built the financial model, cap table, and investor data room from zero. Leading the seed raise.
"We had a product and no infrastructure. Jonathan came in and built the financial model, cap table, data room, and pitch deck. The first investor meeting we walked into, we were ready."
"Most fractional CFOs hand you a spreadsheet. Jonathan installed an operating system. The difference shows up in every board conversation."
Full ownership of the model, cap table, reporting, and the raise. Most engagements continue open-ended after that.
A model build, a data room, a capital narrative, or an operating reset. Fixed scope, clear finish line.
Cash, equity, or a deferred mix when a raise is close. I do not do bookkeeping, audit prep, or broker-dealer activity.
I was CFO of the Pittsburgh Knights for six years, from inception through three rounds of capital, backed by the Pittsburgh Steelers, Bob Nutting, and Wiz Khalifa. I built the financial architecture and the operating systems, and scaled the team past 70.
Since then I have worked as an embedded CFO across gaming, AI infrastructure, SaaS, entertainment, and capital-intensive technology. During the Knights years, Riot Games, Sheetz, McDonald's, eBay, and HyperX all shipped activations through the company.
The focus is not advisory commentary. The focus is installed structure.
If you are six to twelve months from a raise, or in the middle of one, a short conversation will tell us both whether there is fit.
